If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please call our front desk to discuss out-of-network benefits or available discounts. Please note that we do not take any form of Medicaid/Medicare. Important: Not all therapists at Summit Counseling and Psychological Services accept every insurance plan listed. Please contact our front desk to determine which therapist accepts your insurance. Paying with Insurance Your insurance company sets the rate for each therapy session. Before your first appointment, we will verify your insurance benefits and inform you of any copayments or out-of-pocket responsibilities. Client Responsibility: Please note that clients are ultimately responsible for the payment of all services received. If your insurance company denies a claim or does not cover a particular service, the remaining balance will be your responsibility. Private Pay Rates For clients opting for private pay, please contact our front desk for current rates. Clergy Pay Rates As a courtesy to our clients, we accept payments for therapy services from clergy and ecclesiastical leaders. Please contact our front desk for more details. Paying with HSA We accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA). For any questions or further assistance, please contact our front desk.
