DBT Group Therapy: Practical Tools for Everyday Life
Our DBT Skills Group is a supportive, skills-based program designed to help individuals manage emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and stay present. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), participants will learn practical tools in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This 12-week group offers a safe, structured environment to build resilience and apply these strategies to real-life challenges. Led by Dr. Alberto Varela, a licensed psychologist with advanced training in DBT, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches, this group fosters growth, connection, and lasting change.
