Experience and Background:
Sarah Casper works with individuals aged 17 and older, helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover their authentic selves. Sarah’s approach prioritizes creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their thoughts and experiences. Sarah aligns her therapeutic practice with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is also trained in Trauma-Focused CBT and is a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga 500 practitioner, integrating holistic and evidence-based approaches to support healing and growth.

Sarah believes therapy is a collaborative journey of self-discovery and growth. Her goal is to empower clients to embrace their authentic selves and achieve the fulfilling lives they envision. Creating a space of safety and acceptance is at the core of her practice.
Sarah’s training as a Trauma-Informed Yoga practitioner allows her to incorporate mind-body techniques to help clients process trauma and build resilience.
Personal Background:
Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and camping. She loves reading, swimming, cooking, and attending yoga classes. Sarah is musically inclined and plays the clarinet and saxophone in a local symphony. Originally from the South, her warm demeanor is occasionally complemented by a charming southern accent.
