Therapeutic Approach:
Personal philosophy:
Ally views therapy as a collaborative and empowering process where all facets of a person's life are welcomed. She approaches her work with empathy, openness, and curiosity, supporting clients in processing painful or unwanted experiences and accessing their inner wisdom and resilience.
Ally uses a non-directive, client-centered model of counseling, believing strongly in collaboration while honoring each client's autonomy. She integrates evidence-based modalities to help clients gain insight and move toward desired change:
- Somatic Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Existential Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing
Her goal is to help clients understand their thoughts and feelings and use that awareness to create a life that feels balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
