Jen is a graduate of the University of Utah, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is also a Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor (LSUDC) with over 15 years of experience working in substance abuse treatment and trauma recovery.
Jen is a challenging yet supportive therapist who works with clients to reframe negative thought patterns into positive, empowering perspectives. She is passionate about guiding individuals toward self-awareness and meaningful change.
