Experience and Background:
Bridget Ruth earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. During her internships, she worked extensively with individuals, families, couples, and children impacted by alcohol and drug addiction, gaining valuable experience in addressing complex mental health and relational issues.
Bridget’s work now focuses on supporting adult women and couples navigating a wide range of challenges. Her approach is compassionate, empowering, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Bridget believes that good therapy provides a renewed sense of hope and purpose, helping clients find contentment and improved satisfaction in life. She is dedicated to creating a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
Bridget is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she utilizes to help clients heal from trauma and overcome limiting or negative core beliefs. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their stories, build self-acceptance, and make meaningful changes. Bridget’s therapeutic approach is centered on fostering self-love, healing, and purposeful living.
Personal Background:
When not working, Bridget enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and their family dog. She loves laughing with friends, traveling, hiking, playing board games, listening to uplifting music, being creative, and learning about nutrition and fitness. Bridget also cherishes time outdoors and finds joy in watching movies and embracing life’s simple pleasures.
