Alicia Taylor is a student intern in clinical mental health counseling, dedicated to helping clients overcome body shame and embrace lives rooted in self-love and self-compassion. With over 20 years of experience as a hairstylist and additional experience as a speech and language technician, Alicia has always been drawn to connecting with others through empathy and understanding.
Alicia’s personal journey with therapy and support groups inspired her to pursue a career in counseling, where she strives to provide the same transformative experiences she found in trusted spaces. Her commitment to fostering open, honest conversations allows her to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients.

Alicia is a proud mother of four children, wife to her incredible husband, and pet parent to two dogs and a tortoise. She finds joy and restoration in nature, whether in the mountains or by the ocean, and believes in the rejuvenating power of rest and self-care.
